Roadrunner...the coyote is after you...Roadrunner...if he catches you...you're through!!!! Phoenix , Arizona is a booming metropolis in the middle of the desert with nothing but roadrunners and coyotes along the way. The SportsCrew hummer made the hour and a half trip from Tucson to Phoenix in no time to host a double header in the desert with events at Six-Shooters and Jan and Skips just minutes away from the ASU campus in Tempe , Arizona . The humgisle was in dire need of a bath, so after a little TLC, the hummer was soon ready to reclaim its title as pun magnet . The first event was held at Six-Shooters on Saturday night. The live band ripped songs out of their own collection to work the crowd into frenzy throughout the night. In between sets, I tried my hand at emcee getting up on stage and plugging SportsCrew and all of the sponsors of the Big Ten Tour.

The SportsCrew table was set up right in front of the door, so we were able to catch the steady flow of traffic that came in and out all night. The 1 o'clock rule was still in effect, but the SportsCrew stayed and shut the place down signing up people for the giveaways, talking about SportsCrew and all the sponsors of the Big Ten Tour. The focus was BetJamaica, Crown XO, High Point Casinos and WWTS. Saturday night capped off with SportsCrew packing up, packing in and calling it a night after last call from the bartenders.
