The SportsCrew hummer rolled into Los Angeles for the NBA All-Star Game to host events every night leading up to the grand finale at the Staple Center in downtown L.A. I learned very quickly that the traffic in L.A. is no joke, Fo sheezy ma neezy.

The SportsCrew got down to business right away hosting a promotion at Sports Harbor 's karaoke night just blocks away from Loyola Maramount University on Tuesday. The Big Ten Tour sponsors donated the gifts and prizes for the karaoke contest which showcased the talents of some regulars to the Sports Harbor and spotlighted Betjamaica, SportsCrew, and TruePoker.com. We had some folks stop by and sign up for drawing for the I-Vegas motorcycle and capped off the night awarding the winner of the karaoke contest a BetJamaica T-shirt and some poker games from Truepoker.com. It was then out to Moose McGillycuddy's in Pasadena to party down with students from California Institute of Technology on Wednesday's college night.

SportsCrew, Casino Tours, and Olympic Sportsbook entered people into the drawing for the trip to the Bahamas and handed out a lot of games and cards of the night's event. The anticipation was growing on Thursday as more and more people poured into Los Angeles for the NBA All-Star Game. The SportsCrew hummer cruised by Summers Sports Bar in Manhattan Beach on Thursday and handed out some cards and Ultimate Bet poker games to the crowd before heading up to the famous Sunset Blvd to be seen and heard stopping by the Chateau Marmount before calling it a night. Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood is definitely the place to be to get your name out there. Friday started out at Stick and Stein in Hermosa Beach before moving the party down to the Bars on the Pier to do a little door to door promotion. Thanks to the doorman at Sharky's for letting the SportsCrew come in on the spur of the moment to promote the Big Ten Tour.

Saturday night was back out to Off Campus Sports Bar to party down with the students from Cal-State Fullerton. It was Valentine's night and the Sports bar was kinda slow, but when the lights went down, the crowd came out to party. The Big Ten Tour capped off the night wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's Day and reminded everyone to wrap before they tapped it. Sunday started with a bang as the SportsCrew Hummer was involved in a little traffic accident on its way to Yankee Doodle's in Woodland Hills to Co-host an event with Sports by Brooks. Although the accident didn't stop the SportsCrew from pulling off another great event, after 4 hours and a $50 cab ride, the SportsCrew and Sports by Brooks made the best of an unfortunate situation and blew the crowd away with giveaways and sports trivia. SbB had some beautiful women out at the event to sign some people up for the TV giveaway and the Bahamas trip. Thanks again to SportsbyBrooks.com for all of your help and expertise. The SportsCrew hummer is now in the shop getting some much needed repairs before forging on to San Francisco and another stop on the Big Ten Tour. The SportsCrew hummer is like a seiko watch...it can take a lickin'...and keep on tickin'. We are off to San Francisco and a full week of promotions on the Big Ten Tour.
