The SportsCrew Hummer battled through a blizzard on its way from San Francisco to Denver to kick off another week of marketing events on the Big Ten Tour. After a quick stop in Reno to place some marketing materials in the Casinos, it was on to Denver to co-host an event at Grand Slam's sports trivia night on Arapahoe Rd. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the night and helped pull off another successful promotion for the sponsors of the Big Ten Tour.

We gave away prizes, games, and T-shirts to the winner of each round of sports trivia and capped off the night by giving away a vacation to one of the lucky customers. Steve, the emcee, plugged all of our sponsors in between each round of questions to more than 200 people and really gave the Big Ten Tour some good exposure. We also signed up more than 50 people for the motorcycle giveaway sponsored by I-Vegas and SportsCrew.com. Saturday was filled with events at Lodo's Bar & Grill and Jackson's All-American Sports Rock in downtown Denver. Scott at Jackson's had just opened an account with Ultimatebet.com and had nothing but praise for the website. More than 300 people came to hang out and party at Club Sky located upstairs above Jackson's.

The SportsCrew set up its table at the foot of the stairway in order to catch everyone as they stood in line to the Club. We signed several people up for the motorcycle giveaway sponsored by I-Vegas and talked to everyone about the online gaming industry. "I think congress should make online poker legal." "With all of the hype from the World Poker Tour and the success of the Indian Reservation Casinos, its logical to allow players to go online and play, not to mention the revenue that could be raised." Mike said while waiting in line.

We capped off the night giving away some T-shirts out to the beautiful women that came out to party. The Denver Nuggets are playing the New York Knicks tonight and the SportsCrew Hummer will be there to do a promotion to the fans as they enter the Pepsi Center. The SportsCrew will spend the day Monday going around to the rest of the sports bars in Denver to drop off some cards before we head over to the University of Colorado at Denver to do some door to door promotions at the Fraternity houses. The Big Ten Tour plans to head onto Lincoln Nebraska on Tuesday to party down with the Cornhuskers.
