Rules and Regulations

Eligibility: The Sportscrew Sorority Model Search is open to any female at the minimum age of 21 to 30 (30 before the finals on August 19th 2005) a driver's license, or government approved photo ID, is required. All females of legal age shall be eligible to compete at any preliminary competition, regardless of marital status, religion, race or prior modeling experience. Entrants may enter through VENUE COMPETITIONS, by winning a preliminary "Venue Finals" competition (held at venues throughout the US, which will advance them to the dba Sportscrew Sorority Finals in Las Vegas. (Once a contestant wins a "Venue Finals", she cannot enter another "Venue Finals" in the same Phase, as she is already qualified for the Finals.) Contestants may also enter the online photo entry contest (See photo entry rules) but is NOT allowed to win both. Contestants may enter as many local dba Sportscrew Model Searches as they wish until the contestant has been named as a finalist; she shall not be allowed to compete in any other weekly dba Sportscrew model searches, including the photo entry. (See photo entry rules) Contestants shall NOT be charged any sort of entry fee, registration fee or be required to complete any screening process other than that provided and/or approved by the R&S Report Corporate office. Entrants must agree and sign all appropriate forms to enter any preliminary competition. Entrants to arrive 1 hr prior to, and no later than 15 minutes prior of the contest start time to allow for this process. Contest times and schedule are to be selected at the Venue's discretion. Models who are under Exclusive contract with a modeling agency are not eligible to enter if participation or winning would conflict with terms of such a contract. Void where prohibited by law. All US federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules, and the decisions of Sponsors and its judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Incomplete, inaccurate, late, and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. Entrants will be required the day of the event to sign and return to Venue Manager all forms necessary to compete, which includes but not limited to: the affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, model release, and intent to participate in order to participate.

Release Information: All entries submitted, including statements and photographs, become property of the Sponsor. Submission of an entry grants the Sponsor and its affiliated entities and their successors, licensees, assigns and agents, the right to use the entrant's name, hometown, voice, photograph, video and likeness record, copy, publish, use, edit, exhibit, distribute, perform, merchandise, license, sublicense, adapt and/or modify such entry in any way, in any and all media, including television programming, advertising and promotional purposes, in perpetuity, including promoting and otherwise exploiting future competitions conducted by Sponsor and in promotion and advertising of dba Sportscrew.com in all media, except where prohibited by law without limitation and without any compensation to the Entrant. All entrants further agree to have their names, biographical information and likeness' published on www.Sportscrew.com or any other Sponsoring websites. However, details of any media or Internet exposure are to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of each Sponsor, and your Sponsor is not obligated to publish the photos of any of the entrants or winners. Upon entering this dba Sportscrew Model Search, contestants hereby grant permission to the local Venue and to R&S Report Co., to reproduce any photos for any purpose whatsoever, either now or in the future, and to use their names and likeness in any way deemed appropriate by R&S Report Co., unless for use outside the dba Sportscrew Model Search publicity or in an indecent manner. Contestant realizes that the venue and the photographer used at the local events are not employees of or affiliated with, R&S Report Co., and that R&S Report Co., is not responsible for any acts of the Venue or the photographers they use. Further, I hereby grant to R&S Report Co., the local Venues, it's Sponsors, their successors & assigns, and those whom they have commissioned, the unqualified right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish, circulate and otherwise use photographs and/or motion pictures of me, and voice reproductions, whether taken in a studio or elsewhere, in black and white or color, alone or in conjunction with other persons or characters, in any part of the world. I hereby waive the opportunity or right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, films or tapes, or use to which it may be put or the copy of illustrations used in connection herewith, unless used outside the Sportscrew Model Search publicity, or in that manner.

Model's Behavior: Contestants will act in a professional manner, shall only model the outfits, not perform any other actions that might cause damage to the name, and reputation, of the Sportscrew Model Search, or acting Venue. Any contestant who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall not be allowed to compete in that specific preliminary event. The Venue or R&S Report Co. has the right to disqualify from the competition at any time any contestant who fails to follow the rules of the event or the Venue or whose actions may cause any disturbance within the Venue. IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FOR "FLASHING" OR LUDICROUS BEHAVIOR DURING COMPETITION BATHING SUITS WILL REMAIN ON AND SECURED IN PLACE, IF NECESSARY, AT ALL TIMES. IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FOR "ACCIDENTS" All contestants competing in all levels of the local dba Sportscrew Model Searches are to wear their own wardrobe for local preliminary events and evening wear in the finals. Bikinis and sports outfits will be provided for finals in Las Vegas. Absolutely NO T-BACK, THONG, or SHEER bathing suits will be permitted for any of the dba Sportscrew Model Search. "BRAZILIAN" cut suits are fine. TATOOS AND PIERCINGS ARE DISCOURAGED, but may compete if moderate. In the event of any items lost/stolen among contestants, or by another contestant, R&S Report Co. nor the Venue are liable for the items, nor are required to replace the item. Charges will be pressed if caught tampering, or stealing, other model's belongings, or the Venue's properties. Models shall act in a professional manor at all times, including their dressing areas and Venue floors. Any model causing dismay will be escorted from the Venue and will not be allowed to participate in any other manor.

Selection of Venue Winners: Judging is at the discretion of each individual Venue location for the preliminaries held by them. Judging sheets will be used to grade and select the winners. The categories for all contests are as follows: Eveningwear, Sports wear, and Swimsuit competitions (To be the own wardrobe of the model for the preliminaries). The following categories will be used on the score sheets for judging: BEAUTY (facial appearance) FIGURE (body fitness) CHARISMA (stage presence/personality) COORDINATION / POISE (How the model carries herself on stage) each is worth 10 points (10 being the highest/best score and 1 the lowest). Contestants may not enter into a competition at any Venue where the contestant is a client of, or is related to, a current employee (Full, part time, or under contract labor) of the licensee, judge or local sponsor, within thirty days prior to their preliminary model search competition date at that venue, and until completion of the finals at that location. For those Venues running weekly, or monthly, competitions the winners are automatically entered as "SEMI-FINALISTS" for the Venue's finals, and receive a prizes. Only one contestant winning at the "VENUE FINALS" will be recognized as a "FINALISTS" for the dba Sportscrew Sorority Finals in Las Vegas. Each 40-team winners will be photographed in Las Vegas the day after the competition. Sponsoring Manufacturer may elect an additional session at their expense this their model. Contestant shall not hold R&S Report Co., its assigns, the Sportscrew Model Search event, its Sponsors, or any of their representatives liable in any form, or manner, for any situations arising out of local competitions (physical or otherwise) or actions of any person or persons hired by those running local competitions. Failure to comply with any portion of these Official Rules will result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to another entrant. All local finalists are required to travel to Las Vegas, NV on August 18th 2005 to check in at the Palms Hotel where Finals are being held. Sponsors are responsible for any expenses incurred including all travel or lodging costs. Failure to attend regional and/or travel on specified dates would result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes and Sponsors costs, and participation in any other media opportunities. IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION WILL BE APPLIED IN ANY "INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR" BETWEEN JUDGES AND CONTESTANTS AT ANY LEVEL. Applicants agree to abide by these official rules and the judges' decisions that are final.

Online Photo Entry: Anyone is allowed to enter through photo entry. This includes any PRELIMINARY NIGHTCLUB ENTRANTS who can't participate in their "Club Finals" and who did not place at a Club Finals, or anyone between the ages of 21 to 30 (30 before the finals on August 19th, 2005) By entering through photo entry, you are not skipping a level of competition, you are merely seeking entry to the FINALS by letting your photos represent you. Voting will be by viewing audience, and select judges, so inform all your friends about the contest and tell them to visit www.SportsCrewSorority.com. The more people who view and vote for your pictures, the better opportunity you have to win, but the Sportscrew Sorority Judges must approve before you will be allowed to go to the next level entering the Finals. You MUST fill out and SIGN the following: Rules & Regulations, Disclaimer, Entry Form (online), and Intent to Participant Form

Photos will not be viewable until contest officially begins, submissions will begin April 1st, 2005 through May 31 st , 2005. Official online voting will begin June 1st, 2005 and end July 4 th , 2005. All finalists will be selected and notified by July 15th, 2005 for the SportsCrew Sorority Finals at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Submit: One full body color photo in a swimsuit, One headshot, and One casual / everyday clothing shot. Photos cannot be topless, or contain any nudity, or they will be automatically disqualified . Photos with obvious retouching, or major changes, will be automatically disqualified. Photos cannot be submitted if taken before August of 2004, all images must be up to date to current look. Photos must be uploaded in compliance with the contest requirements, in JPEG or GIF format with picture dimensions must 300 x 400 pixels and a file size not greater than 300kb (300 kilobytes uncompressed). You must submit 4 images 300 x 400 pixels and 1 60 x 60 pixels for the main page thumbnail. If you have any questions or problems with this request, contact us via the contact page. Entries that contain photos that do not comply with the photo specifications stated herein will be automatically disqualified. There are no photo submissions of entries by mail, or other courier service. Materials will not be returned or acknowledged. Model must have copyright privileges of all images submitted for the contest. If necessary fax or mailed submission of approval signed by the photographer(s) will be required. If a submission is sent without copyright privileges, photographer(s) shall not hold R&S Report Co., its assigns, the dba Sportscrew Model Search event, its Sponsors, or any of their representatives liable for the action of the Model. Models will have to cover any fees or charges made by the photographer. Models are allowed to enter multiple website contests, but are only eligible to win ONCE. Failure to comply with any portion of these Official Rules will result in disqualification, and all prizes being awarded to the runner up.

Prizes: Once awarded, prizes become the property of winning contestant unless contestant fails to fulfill her obligations as detailed within the dba Sportscrew Model Search production information. In the event that a contestant wins a preliminary venue event, said contestant hereby agrees to participate in the venue finals (see Intent to Participate Form). If such contestant fails to participate in the venue finals event, that said contestant hereby forfeits in their entirety any and all prizes and other consideration which contestant won, or was awarded, as a result of participating in the preliminary model search event. If a venue finalist fails to participate in the dba Sportscrew Sorority Finals Event and Photo Shoot, that contestant hereby forfeits in their entirety any and all prizes and other consideration which contestant won, or was sponsored to, as a result of participating in a venue finals. Contestant acknowledges and agrees to the above rules and regulations governing local venue events and the dba Sportscrew Sorority Finals Event and Photo Shoot. By entering this contest and/or accepting any prize in connection herewith, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless any and all Sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest (collectively, "Releases") from and against any and all claims, actions, and liability for any injury, losses, damages, disputes and/or disability resulting from participation in this contest and/or award, acceptance or use of any prize (including, without limitation, any travel related thereto, and attendance at public events). Any prizes awarded by form of cash, or other means applicable to federal, state, or local taxes, are to be reported by the contestant, and not the obligation of R&S Report Co., Venue, Sponsor or affiliates.
