LOTTO RULES

Suggestions:

1. It is suggested that you participated in the lotto as often as possible. The more you enter, the better your chances of winning.

Rules:

1. The SC Lotto will have a winner for every drawing. The winning number will be selected by our software from the numbers that have been selected.
2. All drawings will occur between 10:00 and 10:15 pm EST on the designated end date.
3. The new lotto will start at 12:00 midnight EST the following day.
4. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate, unless otherwise stated.
5. Correct E-Mail address must be provided for claiming prize(s).
6. Only one entry per person per contest.
7. You must respond via email to notification of winning within one week in order to claim your prize(s). Respond to lotto@SportsCrew.com
8. All winners will be notified via the email address provided as well as posted in the SportsCrew Forums in the lottery section.
9. By participating in the FREE Lotto you agree to recieve emails from the Lotto sponsors.
10. All winners and guests that travel to a land based casino destination must be 21 years of age or older. Proper identification is required.
11. No prizes awarded in a SportsCrew Contest are transferable, nor may they be delivered or shipped to a third party.
12. All winners must provide proper information (Address, Phone Number, Email, etc) as well as a copy of your ID in order to receive prizes.
13. SportsCrew will not be responsible for any lost or stolen property, luggage, personal items, or liability of personal security.
14. SportsCrew will not be responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. We will gladly provide you with all tracking information, once the item(s) are shipped.
15. SportsCrew will not be liable for product warranties or repairs on prizes. Please contact the manufacturer with any questions.
16. SportsCrew is not responsible to exchange or trade any prizes.
17. SportsCrew is not responsible for any personal injury due to miss use of, or faulty products.
18. SportsCrew is not responsible for any arrangements or expenses accrued due to changes in travel plans, missed flights, or cancellations.
19. If any contestant is caught cheating or trying to abuse or take advantage of any glitch that may unfortunately arise in the SportsCrew software for any reason, they will be disqualified immediately. No questions asked!
20. If for any reason you are experiencing technical difficulties please send you picks to webmaster@sportscrew.com and let us know about the problem.
21. We urge you to read over the RULES AND REGULATIONS very carefully.
22. All decisions made by SportsCrew will be Final.
